FAQ

At your initial consultation, we perform some physical assessments that inform us of how your spine and body is moving. As the pelvic and spine are connected with legs and feet to the ground, we have to make sure these support your body structure.

What should I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable and free to move, as we may need to perform some physical tests. We recommend wearing non-restrictive clothing that is easy to move in and relaxing is the best choice. Some examples of what you could wear include athletic wear, shirts with shorts or pants.

On the other hand, we suggest avoiding clothing that restricts movements such as thick jumpers, skirts or dresses as they make it more difficult to move.

Additionally, we want to keep you safe and suggest to take off any necklaces and jewellery to avoid hazards.

If the root of your pain is muscular in nature, e.g. overworked or overtrained a muscle, then a massage is the best choice to relieve tension. This treatment focuses solely on the stimulation of the muscular tissue without treating the pain in associated areas.

For ongoing pain or discomfort, e.g. caused by poor posture, strained ligaments or a different kind of an injury, spinal and joint manipulation is the best treatment option. We make sure you are set up in the long-run by showing you a series of approaches to prevent another injury and strengthen your muscles.
