Is it for me?

Deep tissue and Sports Massages are ideal for active people. It may enhance performance, supports recovery and prevent injuries of overused muscles.

What to wear

Ideally, please wear as little around the area to be treated as possible. Make sure it is easily removable and you can pull it up or out of the way for treatment

1st Massage

After we identified areas to treat, you receive your first massage. Please bring your own towels, as we provide paper towels for you to lay on. Often we use cream or oil when treating.
